Co-founder and technical consultant. Ivan works across the systems clients rely on day to day, and sits alongside Hoang and Huu on the decisions that shape where CyberNIQ goes next — which clients we're the right fit for, and where we invest.

He takes the long view on your setup too: what's worth fixing now, what can wait, and what will quietly become a problem in a year if nobody looks at it.

Hoang Nguyen

Co-founder / Managing Director

Managing Director and Creative Director. Hoang's background is a Bachelor of Economics, and it's that mix of commerce and technology that shapes how CyberNIQ runs — what we take on, how we price it, and how plainly we explain it.

She leads the team, stays close to every client, and looks after the part people don't expect from an IT provider: the story, the culture, and the security awareness that makes the technical work actually stick.

If something isn't going the way you expected, Hoang would rather hear it early and fix it than find out at renewal.

Huu Nguyen

Co-founder / Principal Consultant

IT and cyber security specialist with a Master of Cyber Security and over five years across both. Huu designs and looks after the everyday infrastructure — Microsoft 365, identity, networks, servers and cloud in AWS and Azure — as well as the security layer on top of it: Sentinel SIEM, Microsoft Defender and SOAR playbooks.

He advises companies across Australia and the APAC region on incident response planning and proactive threat assessment, and he's just as comfortable sorting out the plumbing underneath — because good security starts with IT that's set up properly in the first place.

If you're weighing up monitoring, detection or a cloud move, Huu is usually the first person in the room — and the one who'll tell you when you don't need something yet.

Alfonso Alvarez

System Administrator

Alfonso works across servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365, and handles our day-to-day operations.
