Digital Government meeting

An invitation from CyberWest Hub put us in the room with government buyers — talking about what they actually look for in a pitch from a small business.

It was a hot day in Perth — but the topics more than made up for it.

CyberNIQ was invited by Emma O’Neil, Director at CyberWest Hub, and it turned out to be a genuinely useful morning.

What government looks for in a pitch

We talked through what government looks for in pitches from small businesses, and came away with some real opportunities. This kind of support matters: procurement is hard to read from the outside, and an hour in the room with the people who run it is worth a month of guessing.

The talks

We also really enjoyed the sessions from Peter Bouhlas and Lindsey Henshall — informative, practical, and pitched at exactly the right level for a business our size.

Big thanks to everyone involved for the support. We are looking forward to putting this knowledge to work.
